Monday:

With my Avocado and Tomato Salad with Corn

Tuesday:Ā 

Grilled Pork

With myĀ Traditional Mashed Potato Salad (this is enough for two meals so store half in the fridge for another day).

ServedĀ With aĀ Green Salad, prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge; I’d go with myĀ Sweet Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Wednesday:

Jalapeño Marinated Grilled Chicken

Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potato Bites

With… Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potato Bites

Thursday:

Double Cheeseburgers

Served with the leftover Traditional Mashed Potato Salad and the remaining Green Salad you have prepped from Tuesday (go with a red wine vinaigrette to switch it up.)

Friday:

Barbecued Steak

with… Grilled Corn

and… Bruschetta
