Served with Spicy Scallops; let the pasta rest on low heat after it’s come together and then cook the scallops according to my recipe directions J
Tuesday:
… with Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes (Reserve 1 1/2 Cups Mashed Potatoes for another day – add in an extra potato and keep the rest of the recipe the same; add more buttermilk as needed).
And an Asian Broccoli and Snow Pea Salad
Wednesday:
With a Green Salad, prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge.
Thursday:
With the Green Salad you already prepped on Wednesday.
Notes:
- Use the reserved Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes from Tuesday.
- I’d go with my Sweet Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
