Green Pea Purée

Here I present a recipe for Green Pea Puree; a velvety side that is sweet and buttery and complimented with the perfect amount of garlic 🙂

Earlier this summer my children were lucky enough to go out east (Canada) with their grandparents for a week. My house was so quiet and clean!

My very good friend from work said she was available to hang out while my kids were away so I invited her to lunch.

I have no idea why this menu popped into my head…

Man I’m glad it did!

We had this to start, Pan-Seared Scallops with Green Pea Purée and then this:

Pasta in a Spicy Marinara with Homemade Ricotta… Recipes are of course, coming soon ♥️

It was so funny because when she told her mother she was coming over for lunch, she had the exact same reaction that my mother had which was complete shock that we have friends. Lol we looked at each other as we discussed this at lunch and asked out loud “why wouldn’t we have friends?” 🤷‍♀️

Anyway

Lunch was great! Company was great and Mike had the leftovers for dinner so I didn’t have to do anything else that day 🙃

My kids had a great summer but I’m so glad they’re home again ♥️

This is how you make my Green Pea Purée
