Meal Plan Week 177
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. Â My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
Monday:
Chicken Florentine with Mushrooms
(you can cut the breasts into cutlets on Sunday then store them in the fridge but dredge them on Monday just before cooking).

for tomorrow’s dinner but as always you can go with store-bought fresh dough in a pinch but trust me, this dough comes together in minutes – especially if you have a stand-mixer.
