

Meal Plan Week 22
Monday:
A Brand New Flank Steak Recipe (prepare and marinate the steak on Sunday night, leaving the steak in the fridge)
Served with with Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes (Reserve 1 1/2 Cups Mashed Potatoes for another day – add in an extra potato and keep the rest of the recipe the same; add more buttermilk as needed)…
and Asian Broccoli and Snow Pea Salad
Tuesday:
Served with a Green Salad (I’d go with my Sweet Honey Mustard Vinaigrette to compliment the heat of the fishcakes). Prep enough lettuce and veggies for two salads; store half in the fridge for Wednesday.
Wednesday:
Served with the remaining Green Salad from Tuesday.
Thursday:
One-Pan Sausage and Pepper Pasta Bake
Friday:
with Caesar salad; simply toss some romaine lettuce with the dressing (to taste; tablespoon by tablespoon), croutons, capers and Parmesan cheese.
