Meal Plan Week 112
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. Â My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
MONDAY:
Sous Vide Teriyaki Steak Bites with Broccoli and PeppersÂ
Prep the beef and Sous Vide on the Sunday; 24 hours before you will get home from work and start dinner. Â There are many days before I’m scheduled to go back to work that I spend meal-prepping in the kitchen. Â This is a time-saver during the work week.
TUESDAY:
Old-Fashioned Chicken-Vegetable Bake with Cheese
Bake another 2 chicken breasts in a separate dish; season with salt and pepper.
Wednesday:
Butter and Garlic Baked Scallops

As always you can go with store-bought bread.  Simply throw a loaf of bread in the freezer the day you buy it and take it out an hour before you sit down to eat, it’ll be just like fresh baked, oooh warm it slightly in the oven!
