Baked Shrimp Dip

Here I present my recipe for Baked Shrimp Dip; aromatic veggies sautéed in butter, with two cheeses and buttery shrimp added, then baked to perfection.

I wrote this recipe a long time ago but forgot about it! I hit an inspirational pique and this is one of the masterpieces that was created 🤣

I highly recommend you make this recipe, late august when the evenings are cooling down and it’s safe to use your oven 🤗

Summer lovin’ ❤️

This shrimp dip has deep flavours and a slight crunch from the veggies, and the lemon juice lightens it all up.

Feel free to use any size shrimp or fresh, in place of frozen. I’ve just written this, exactly how I prepared it.

I hope everyone is having a fantastic summer so far 🌞

This is how you make it

Preheat your oven to 350.

When the butter has melted add in the red pepper and green onion; season with salt and pepper.

After the veggies have started to soften, about 5-7 minutes, add in the garlic.

Sauté for about 30 seconds then add in the chopped shrimp (reserve the pretty pieces for when you bake the dip).

Add in the remaining ingredients; mix over medium heat.
