Baked Vidalia Onion Dip

Since we’ve been in lockdown I’ve changed the way I get my groceries.  I have found two local farms that deliver the most amazing products.  I now order my meat from one farm and my veggies come from another farm.

The veggie boxes are called “essential boxes” and come packed with an assorted of the most amazing produce, enough for two weeks.  What’s also fun is that what comes in the box is a surprise!

One surprise was kale… enter Kale Chips last week!

This week one of my surprises was a Vidalia onion.   Vidalia onions are sweeter than traditional white cooking onions so I wanted to try something special.

This dip was honestly so incredible.  It tastes exactly like French onion dip but it’s warm and cheesy.

I hope you like it as much as I did.

Also, I love that these pics show exactly how I made this dip 😎
