Pulled Pork Sliders

Pulled Pork Sliders

This is another “putting-it-all-together recipe.  Here I used up the leftover pulled pork and added spice and crunch with the pickled onion and jalapeños… Did I mention heat too?!? 😛

Serves 4 – 6

12 Brioche Slider Buns (or Slider Buns of your choosing)

1-2 Cups Pulled Pork

1 Cup Pickled Onion with Jalapeños (I simply added sliced jalapeño to the onion just before I poured the brine into the jar)

Put an even amount of the Pulled Pork onto each Brioche Slider bun and then top with the Pickled Onion and Jalapeños.
