Spicy Bean Dip

Here I present a healthy recipe for a creamy, dreamy Spicy Bean Dip which doubles as a healthy condiment for wraps and sandwiches ❤️

I am a total sauce and condiment girl, well, middle-aged woman actually 🙈

I still call myself girl though! I really do feel the same way I did when I was in my 20’s, just a little busier!

Maybe a little more tired too lol

Back to my point

I love developing sauce recipes, condiments and dips because they totally change up the recipe and dish.

Take for example a perfectly good burger, add the right sauce and it’s soooooo much better.

For this recipe I served it with salsa and Tostitos but it has so much flavour you could totally add it to a wrap in place of mayo to get more fibre.

You won’t miss the mayo

Omg it’s like a Mexican hummus!

This is how you make it

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine (or use a blender or an immersion blender); you want everything mixed and completely smooth.
