Planning ahead is key to meal prep. My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

Bake the chicken at the same temperature that you’re roasting the veggies. They can go in the oven at the same time because the orzo dish can rest while the chicken finishes cooking.
