Planning ahead is key to meal prep.  My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

 

Monday:

Brick chicken

Butterfly and prep the chicken on Sunday then cover and store in your fridge until Monday.

You can also make the mashed potatoes on Sunday to save time on Monday.
