Meal Plan Week 148
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
…prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge for Friday’s dinner.
Serve wth 2 cups of rice, cooked according to package directions (1 cup uncooked rice makes 2 cups cooked).
for Friday’s dinner but as always you can go with store-bought fresh dough in a pinch but trust me, this dough comes together in minutes – especially if you have a stand-mixer.
