Healthy White Wrap Sauce
I really hope all my wonderful American neighbours had a wonderful Thanksgiving (ours was amazing but ours was in October!). I have for you, a great sauce to use up that leftover turkey. Simply shred some turkey meat, add it to a wrap/flatbread with your favourite fresh veggies and top with this sauce. You’ll enjoy a healthy light meal, perfect to alleviate any post-holiday guilt you may feel (or not)… that’s cool too 🙂
Makes about ¾ Cup
½ Cup fat free sour cream
Juice of ½ a lime
5 Dashes sesame oil
1 Clove garlic, crushed or minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 2 tsp dried dill)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until serving.
A recipe for a Healthy White Wrap Sauce; inspired by the flavours of tahini and complimented with spices, herbs and lime juice 🙂
