Planning ahead is key to meal prep. Â My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
Monday:
Poached Shrimp with Asparagus, Tomatoes, and Corn

Crusty Bread
As always you can go with store-bought bread. Â Simply throw a loaf of bread in the freezer the day you buy it and take it out an hour before you sit down to eat, it’ll be just like fresh baked, oooh warm it slightly in the oven!
Tuesday:
Chicken with Grill Baste

Carbonara Pasta Salad
Wednesday:
Barbequed Salmon with a Spicy Sesame-Soy Glaze

Grilled Vegetables
…. and 1 cup (uncooked)/2 cups (cooked) rice prepared according to package directions.
Thursday:
Hot Turkey Sliders with Cheese
Green Salad
…prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge for tomorrow’s dinner.
Prep and store the pizza dough for tomorrow’s dinner but feel free to use store-bought pizza dough in a pinch.

Pan Pizza with Fresh Herbs
