Meal Plan Week 123
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
…prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge for Friday’s dinner.
Grill another 2 chicken breasts; season with salt and pepper only… this will be for Thursday’s dinner…
Use the two extra chicken breasts you cooked on Tuesday.
