Dean’s Chicken and Ribs
Here I present Dean’s chicken and ribs; a simple recipe for slow roasted Chicken wings, and ribs that my father-in-law, Dean makes for us every year! Fall-off-the-bone, decadence!
Mike’s family lives out east, and when they come to visit, they spoil us with delicious food.
I have never been a fan of ribs, but this recipe changed my mind 🙂
This is how you make them:
Preheat your oven to 400.

Arrange the pork pieces in a large roasting pan that has a lid.
Once the oven is preheated, roast the pork for 30 minutes, uncovered.

After 30 minutes, flip the pork over.

Add in the chicken wings.

Return the pan to the oven, again uncovered, and roast for another 30 minutes.

Rotate the meat again. Drop the temperature on the oven to 300, and cover the meat with the lid of the roaster.

Roast at 300 for 30 minutes, then pour the BBQ all over the meat.
Cover the pan with the lid again.
Return the pan to the oven, and cook for an hour.

Enjoy!

Fall off the bone, chicken and ribs!

Thank you Dean!
