Slow Cooked Ribs with a Spice Rub

I profess to have THE best BBQ Rib recipe around.  And I do.  I’m not a one trick pony though 😂

Just kidding!  I’ve been wanting to try ribs in the crockpot for a while and when I thought of this rub I figured it’s a match made in heaven 😇

These ribs are decadent and melt in your mouth and man are they full of flavour!

Feel free to play around with the spices to make this recipe your own.  Note the addition of Dijon mustard makes this an incredibly delicious, rich paste… Ah-my-gaaaaawd!

Mix together Dijon mustard, sweet paprika, brown sugar, salt, Chilli powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and celery salt to form a paste.

Evenly (and liberally) distribute the paste all over the ribs; on both sides.
