Spicy Pulled Pork Sandwiches

I love my (what I call my) Putting it All Together Recipes!  I love the idea of making everything from scratch and showing you how to make every step of a recipe your own (and healthy!).  Here’s a throw back to my Brioche Burger Bun recipe (I almost forgot about it!) with Pulled Pork and my most recent coleslaw recipe.  Here, you get the incredibly smokey, melt-in-your-mouth pork from the pulled pork recipe, complimented with the heat, tang and crunch from the coleslaw.  This is balance of flavours and textures at it’s finest (if i may say so myself!).

Serves 4

4 Whole Wheat Brioche Hamburger Buns, warmed

1 Cup of the Pulled Pork, warmed and divided

1 Cup of the Spicy Coleslaw, divided

Cut the buns in half and top evenly with the pulled pork and then the coleslaw; serve immediately!

A recipe for a Spicy Pulled Pork Sandwich, you have melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork, complimented by the heat and crunch from the coleslaw.
