Nacho Cheese Fries with Tomatoes

Nacho Cheese Fries with Tomatoes and Green Onion

I love what I do; I made cheesy, yummy, gooey potato wedges… and it’s healthy which means more (and that extra bite just to make sure the recipe is just right 🙂

Serves 6

1 Batch of Homestyle Potato wedges, cooked according to recipe directions

1 Batch of Nacho Cheese Sauce, prepared according to recipe directions

1 Medium tomato, chopped

1 Green onion/scallion, sliced

Salt

Pepper

Place a thin layer of the potato wedges on a serving platter and then top with a thin layer of the cheese sauce and then top the cheese sauce with some of the tomatoes and green onion.

Repeat with the remaining potatoes, tomatoes and green onion; only top with the necessary amount of cheese sauce (about 3-4 tablespoons on each layer); season with salt and pepper,

Notes:

  1. Last time I made this I added crispy bacon…eek… and oh yeah 🙂
