Meal Plan Week 83
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. Â My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
Monday:
Pasta with Kale and Basil Pesto
The pesto can be prepared on Sunday to save time.

Prep and marinate the meat on Sunday, leave it in the fridge until you’re ready to grill it.
Tuesday:
Chicken Bruschetta
(BBQ 2 extra chicken breasts; season them with taco seasoning… for Friday’s dinner!)

Green Salad
…prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge for tomorrow’s dinner.
