Meal Plan Week 8
Monday:
Served with Italian Rice salad with tomatoes… (this serves 8, therefore it’ll be for Monday and Tuesday 🙂)
Tuesday:
The leftover Italian Rice salad with tomatoes from Monday…
Served with a Green Salad (prep enough for two salads and then store half for another meal).
Prepare a batch of Pizza Dough, leave it to rise and then store, covered in the fridge.
Wednesday:
2 x Herb Crusted Goat Cheese Pan Pizza, you can make one big pan though following my Deep Dish Pan Pizza Recipe too though.
With the second portion of Green Salad.
Thursday:
One Pan Sausage and Pepper Pasta Bake
Friday:
Steak and Goat Cheese Salad with a Creamy Scallion and Lime Dressing
