Meal Plan Week 66
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. Â My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
MONDAY:
Good Old Fashioned MeatloafÂ
Prep the beef mixture on Sunday and store it wrapped, in your fridge until you’re ready to bake it. Â My family likes having rice instead of potatoes so prepare your favourite rice too!
