

Meal Plan Week 183
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
Monday:
Perfectly Brined Chicken Drumsticks
Prepare the brine on Sunday then add the drumsticks in the brine before leaving for the day on Monday morning (drumsticks can sit in brine up to 12 hours).

(Make the macaroni salad on Sunday because it’ll taste better!)

A fresh salad with my Red Wine Shallot Vinaigrette with Honey
(prep the vinaigrette on Sunday and store, covered in your fridge)
…prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge for Thursday’s dinner.
