

Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms
There is nothing better than a super simple side dish that takes minutes to prep but that’s elegant enough for any special occasion.

Literally all you have to do is clean the mushrooms – that’s it!!
Check it out, this is how you make them:
Preheat your oven to 425.
Add the clean mushrooms to a roasting pan and place it in the oven when its preheated.
Roast for 30 minutes then add the garlic butter and roast for another 30 minutes, giving the pan a shake every 10 minutes after you’ve added the butter.
Season with salt and pepper once the mushrooms have been removed from the oven.
Serve immediately.

2 tbsp Garlic butter
