5 Minute Enchilada Sauce
I can’t believe I had lived my whole life without ever eating an enchilada!!! How is this possible? How could I go my whole life without experiencing this absolute deliciousness?

THE ultimate Enchilada Sauce is raw AND comes together in a blender AND takes 5 minutes to make.
A recipe for smoky, spicy enchilada sauce that comes together in a blender, in 5 minutes!
796 ml Canned tomatoes
3/4 Cup water
3 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp taco seasoning
1 Small onion, chopped
3 Garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt, plus more to taste
Pepper, to taste
Blend everything together until smooth.
- I used a can of crushed tomatoes but you can go with whatever you have on hand.
- Feel free to use store-bought taco seasoning if you’d like to save time.
- I used the “mix” setting on my blender.
- The sauce thins out after its cooked because I used crushed tomatoes which tend to be thicker.
