Roasted Cajun Brussels Sprouts

Here I present my recipe for Roasted Cajun Brussels sprouts, a healthy side with a spicy kick, a perfect pair to the earthy, caramelized sprouts.

I used to think I didn’t like Brussels sprouts, it could be because the only way I’d had them was boiled 🤢

(Sorry mom)

Omg my dad used to try to get our dog, Lucky to eat his share when my mom wasn’t looking but Lucky would run away 😬

So a few years ago I was at the store and it occurred to me that it’s ludicrous that I would have such a dislike for the sprouts, I mean it’s not like they’re parsnips 🤷‍♀️

Anyway, I’m in love with Roasted Brussels sprouts so I doubled down and added Cajun seasoning.

Success 💪

My dad still hates Brussels sprouts, he says they give him nightmares 🙈

I don’t think parsnips will ever know redemption in my world 🌎

Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the Brussels sprouts for 10 minutes then flip them and roast for another 10 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are slightly charred.    Make sure you shake the pan a few times to ensure the Brussels Sprouts don’t stick and burn.
