

Layered Bean Dip
Party food, dips and spreads and all things yummy don’t need to be naughty to taste decadent. Enter Bean and Jalapeno Dip, I love you Bean and Jalapeno Dip. I love this dip with veggies, on tacos, burritos and in this layered dip.
Makes about 2 Cups
1 Batch of Bean dip
ÂĽ – ½ Cup Fat free sour cream
1 Medium tomato, diced
1 Green onion, sliced
Prepare the bean dip as the recipe outlines and then transfer to a serving dish.
Top with a thick even layer of the sour cream and then top with the tomatoes and then green onion.
Serve immediately if possible so the tomatoes don’t go smushy.
Notes:
- The amount of sour cream required will depend on how big the serving dish is.
- Diced jalapeno (fresh or jarred) would work well mixed in with the green onion.
- Serve with pita, pita chips or yummy fresh veggies 🙂
