Oven-Fried Chicken

I’m laughing as I write this recipe because its THAT easy, I’m not even sure it counts as a recipe 🤷‍♀️

This is how you do it:

Preheat your oven to 425.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour with the spices.  

working in batches, add the chicken pieces, rotating a few times to completely coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture.

Shake off the excess flour then place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes then flip the pieces.

Bake for another 20-30 minutes until the pieces are golden.

Lay on a paper towel to soak up some oil.

Serve immediately or at room temperature.

Description

This is the easiest Recipe in the world for healthy, crispy “fried” chicken, seasoned to perfection and ready in about  an hour!


Ingredients

Scale

1 whole chicken (3–4 lb), cut into pieces

2 cups flour

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp pepper


Instructions
