Meal Plan Week 96
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
Prep the crockpot recipe on Sunday then store in your fridge until Monday morning. Set the crock pot to low on Monday morning then follow the recipe to thicken the stew when you get home from work.
