Meal Plan Week 73
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
…let the pasta rest on low heat after it’s come together and then cook the scallops according to my recipe directions.
(Reserve 1 1/2 Cups Mashed Potatoes for another day – add in an extra potato and keep the rest of the recipe the same; add more buttermilk as needed).
…prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge.
…you already prepped on Wednesday.
- Use the reserved Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes from Tuesday.
- I’d go with my Sweet Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
