Meal Plan Week 168
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. Â My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
Monday:
Good Old Fashioned MeatloafÂ
Prep the beef mixture on Sunday and store it wrapped, in your fridge until you’re ready to bake it.
My family likes having rice instead of potatoes so prepare your favourite rice according to package directions – 1 Cup uncooked will make 2 Cups.
