




Meal Plan Week 143
Planning ahead is key to meal prep. My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!
Monday:
Old-Fashioned Beef Stew with Dumplings
Prep the crockpot recipe on Sunday then store in your fridge until Monday morning. Set the crock pot to low on Monday morning then follow the recipe to thicken the stew when you get home from work, don’t forget the dumplings!
Tuesday:
Baked Greek Chicken

Greek Rice
Prep and marinate the chicken before you prep anything else; the chicken will be ready to cook after marinating for 2o minutes.
