Another Long Weekend BBQ Menu
I’ve mentioned many times that I’m Canadian and on July 1 we are celebrating Canada’s birthday 🍁 🇨🇦… appropriately called Canada Day 🇨🇦 In honour of our holiday and remembering our very fabulous neighbours to the south have the 4th a few days later… I wanted to share another BBQ menu!
To Start:
Baked Lobster Dip
Then on to the Main Event:
End of Summer Marinade
I know it’s called “End Of Summer” and we’re just starting the season but this marinade is gloriously yummy and the dish calls for two types of protein which is great for a crowd.
Serve with:
Lightened Up Amish Pasta Salad
and:
Sweet Onion Infused Dijon Vinaigrette with Spring Fresh Vegetables and Boston Lettuce
and:
Asian-Style Marinated Tomatoes
For dessert I’d go with popsicles and freezies, honestly I won’t be able to eat another bite after this meal!
