Broccoli Salad
Growing up in a European household I was never really exposed to typical Canadian or American food so when Mike’s mom made her Broccoli Salad I didn’t what to expect but it was AMAZING!!! I loved it! I immediately got the recipe and I made it and it was AMAZING!!! The only problem? A lot of sugar and full fat mayonnaise 🙁 With her permission I lightened up Christine’s Broccoli Salad and this is what I came up with.
