Asian-Style Coleslaw with a Sesame Ginger Dressing
I never know when inspiration is going to strike. I was at my parent’s house for lunch and my mother served an Asian Salad Kit she’d picked up at a local grocery store.
It was delicious but it had a few no-no’s like fried wonton chips; totally delicious but I was pretty sure I could come up with a healthier alternative.
And I did!
I love how the flavours of the veggies are complimented by the ingredients in the Sesame Ginger Dressing.
As I mentioned in the recipe, this can be served right away like a salad or stored for days like a coleslaw.
