Meal Plan Week 12

Monday:

Mussels Steamed in a Dijon Mustard Cream Sauce (Mussels Dijonnaise

Simply serve withĀ Crusty BreadĀ to soak up the yummy juices (store-bought bread will work too!).

Tuesday: Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā 

Honey-Lime Marinated Grilled ChickenĀ (cook two extra chicken breasts), serve with rice (cooked according to package directions) and…

Roasted Asparagus.

Wednesday:

Healthy, Spicy Southwestern Macaroni and Cheese,

Serve with a Green Salad (I’d go with myĀ Sweet Honey Mustard VinaigretteĀ to compliment the heat of the pasta). Ā Prep enough for two salads; store half in the fridge for Thursday.

Thursday:

Santa Fe Quesadillas (double the recipe) and use the yummy marinated chicken breasts from Tuesday.

Serve with theĀ Green SaladĀ from Wednesday. Ā ,

Friday:

Spicy Caesar Salad with Shrimp and Eggs
