Meal Plan Week 112

Planning ahead is key to meal prep.  My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

 

MONDAY:

Prep the beef and Sous Vide on the Sunday; 24 hours before you will get home from work and start dinner.  There are many days before I’m scheduled to go back to work that I spend meal-prepping in the kitchen.  This is a time-saver during the work week.

TUESDAY:

Bake another 2 chicken breasts in a separate dish; season with salt and pepper.

Wednesday:

Butter and Garlic Baked Scallops

GREEN SALAD

(prep enough salad for two meals and then store half in the fridge for another day).

Sweet Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

and…

CRUSTY HOMEMADE BREAD

As always you can go with store-bought bread.  Simply throw a loaf of bread in the freezer the day you buy it and take it out an hour before you sit down to eat, it’ll be just like fresh baked, oooh warm it slightly in the oven!

Thursday

Moroccan Fettuccine with Grilled Chicken

use the leftover chicken from Tuesday… and…

Pizza Dough

for Friday’s dinner but as always you can go with store-bought fresh dough in a pinch but trust me, this dough comes together in minutes – especially if you have a stand-mixer.

 

Friday:

Deep Dish Pan Pizza
