Meal Plan Week 68

Planning ahead is key to meal prep.  My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

Monday:

Classic Shrimp Stir Fry

served with rice (cooked according to package directions, make 1 extra cup of rice and reserve for another day).

Tuesday:

Chili

Served with…

Crusty Bread

(reserve Chili leftovers for Friday’s dinner), as always you can go with store-bought bread.  Simply throw a loaf of bread in the freezer the day you buy it and take it out an hour before you sit down to eat, it’ll be just like fresh baked, oooh warm it slightly in the oven!

Wednesday:

Spicy Bean Burritos

Served with:

Avocado and Tomato Salad with Corn

 Thursday:

Spicy Mediterranean Roasted Chicken Breasts

 served with:

Lazy Cheesy Broccoli Potatoes

Friday:

Chili Noodle Bake
