Monday:

 

 

Bruschetta Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

 

 

with a Green Salad (prep enough for two salads and store half for another day).

 

 

and with Crusty Bread but as always, store-bought will work too 🙂

 

Tuesday:

 

 

Honey Sesame Chicken

 

served with rice (cooked according to package directions – make one extra cup of rice and save for another day).

 

Wednesday:

 

 

Creamy Pasta Primavera with Fresh Dill

 

 

Served with the remaining Green Salad from Monday.

 

Thursday:

 

 

Spicy Bean Burritos …use the leftover rice from Tuesday…

 

 

Served with Avocado and Tomato Salad with Corn

 

Friday:

 

 

Spicy Chicken Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps
