Chicken in a Grainy Dijon and Cremini Mushroom Sauceserved with rice cooked according to package directions
and Roasted Broccoli
Tuesday:

Cheesy Potato and Broccoli Soup

with Bruschetta

Wednesday:
Barbecued Whole Chicken
with Traditional Mashed Potato Salad; this will make enough for two meals so store half in the fridge for another day.
and a Tomato Salad
Thursday:
Spicy Vegan Power Bowl
with Green Salad; prep enough for two salads and store half in the fridge for another day.
Friday:
Jalapeño Marinated Grilled Chicken
served with the remaining potato salad
and Green Salad
