Meal Plan Week 130

 

Planning ahead is key to meal prep.  My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

 

Monday:

Prep the ribs and store them in the fridge on Sunday then put the crockpot on low Monday morning before you leave for work.

Tuesday:

Chicken Bruschetta

Grill another 2 chicken breasts; season with salt and pepper only… this will be for Thursday’s dinner…

 

Wednesday:

Green Salad

(prep enough for two salads and store half for another day).

 

Thursday

Chicken Taco Salad

Use the two extra chicken breasts you cooked on Tuesday.

 

Friday:

Soft Beef Tacos
