Meal Plan Week 105

Planning ahead is key to meal prep.  My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

 

MONDAY:

Sous Vide Roast Beef

Place the roast in the water bath on Sunday, 24 hours before you’d like to eat on Monday.  Follow the rest of the recipe on Monday.

Buttermilk and Dill Mashed Potatoes

Perfect Peas

Tuesday:

BBQ Chicken with my…

Cook 2 extra breasts for Thursday’s dinner.

Green Salad with Creamy Greek Dressing and Avocado

 

Wednesday:

Crusty Homemade Bread

As always you can go with store-bought bread.  Simply throw a loaf of bread in the freezer the day you buy it and take it out an hour before you sit down to eat, it’ll be just like fresh baked, oooh warm it slightly in the oven!

Thursday:

Moroccan Fettuccine with Grilled Chicken

Use the chicken breasts you made on Tuesday.
