Layered Bean Dip

Layered Bean Dip

Party food, dips and spreads and all things yummy don’t need to be naughty to taste decadent. Enter Bean and Jalapeno Dip, I love you Bean and Jalapeno Dip. I love this dip with veggies, on tacos, burritos and in this layered dip.

Makes about 2 Cups

1 Batch of Bean dip

¼ – ½ Cup Fat free sour cream

1 Medium tomato, diced

1 Green onion, sliced

Prepare the bean dip as the recipe outlines and then transfer to a serving dish.

Top with a thick even layer of the sour cream and then top with the tomatoes and then green onion.

Serve immediately if possible so the tomatoes don’t go smushy.

Notes:

  1. The amount of sour cream required will depend on how big the serving dish is.
  2. Diced jalapeno (fresh or jarred) would work well mixed in with the green onion.
  3. Serve with pita, pita chips or yummy fresh veggies 🙂
