Meal Plan Week 66

 

Planning ahead is key to meal prep.  My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

 

MONDAY:

Good Old Fashioned Meatloaf 

Prep the beef mixture on Sunday and store it wrapped, in your fridge until you’re ready to bake it.  My family likes having rice instead of potatoes so prepare your favourite rice too!

Serve with:

Fat Free Gravy 

and:

Perfect Peas

TUESDAY:

Bruschetta Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

with a…

 Green Salad

(prep enough for two salads and store half for another day).

and with…

 Crusty Bread

…but as always, store-bought will work too 🙂

WEDNESDAY:

Honey Sesame Chicken

Served with your favourite noodles, I like chow Mein noodles – cooked according to package directions.

THURSDAY:

Shrimp Tacos

Served with the remaining…

 Green Salad

… from Tuesday.

 FRIDAY:

Spicy Chicken Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps
