 Meal Plan Week 27

Monday:
Mussels Steamed in a Dijon Mustard Cream Sauce (Mussels Dijonnaise)
… served with your favourite Crusty Bread for dipping (store-bought will work too!)
Tuesday:

Quick Night Tandoori, serve with rice cooked according to package directions and reserve one cup of the cooked rice for another day.

 

Serve with a Green Salad, prep enough salad for two meals and then store half in the fridge for another day.

 

Wednesday:
,Spicy Bean Burritosuse the leftover rice from Monday…
Serve with my Avocado and Tomato Salad with Corn
 
Thursday:
Baked Ranch Pasta with Chicken and Spinach 
with the prepped Green Salad from Monday
 
Friday:
Double Cheeseburgers
with Sweet Potato Wedges
