Meal Plan Week 151

Planning ahead is key to meal prep.  My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

 

Monday:

Prepare and marinate the chicken late Sunday afternoon then store it in the fridge until you’re ready to transfer it to your preheated oven on Monday.

Tuesday:

…prep enough for two salads and then store half in the fridge for Friday’s dinner.

Thursday:

Teriyaki Meatballs

serve with rice, cook according to package directions…  1 cup uncooked rice will make 2 cups cooked which is perfect for a family of 4 – with leftovers!
