Copycat Coleslaw

Here I present my recipe for the perfect Copycat Coleslaw.  Read on to learn how to make  it your own 🙂

I have a confession to make; I can’t place where this coleslaw is copycatted from.

This coleslaw is creamy, tangy and dilly-icious… get it??? Dilly-icious, dillicius… dill.. AND delicious 🙂

I’m here all night!!!

In all seriousness, the addition of pickle juice to my everyday coleslaw dressing has made it, next level.

The Inspiration

I love coleslaw.  I love creamy, dreamy coleslaw.  I love putting it on a bbq burger in place of lettuce and mayo; it’s very similar and yet so different.

This is how you make it:

Whisk the all ingredients, except the coleslaw mix together in a large bowl.

Once mixed, add the slaw to the bowl and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
