Meal Plan Week 97

Planning ahead is key to meal prep.  My kids will ask me on Sunday what we’re going to have for dinner the following Thursday and I always have an answer!

MONDAY:

Lemon/Soy Flank Steak

Prep the steak and marinade on Sunday afternoon and leave in the fridge to marinate for up to 24 hours.

TUESDAY:

Chicken and Rice Bake

WEDNESDAY:

Sausage and Alfredo Skillet Lasagna with Fresh Spinach

(prep enough for two salads and store half for another day).

THURSDAY:

Tomato – Tortellini Soup

Crusty Homemade Bread

As always you can go with store-bought bread.  Simply throw a loaf of bread in the freezer the day you buy it and take it out an hour before you sit down to eat, it’ll be just like fresh baked, oooh warm it slightly in the oven!
Prep and store the pizza dough for tomorrow’s dinner but feel free to use store-bought pizza dough in a pinch.
