Monday:

Sausage and Alfredo Skillet Lasagna with Fresh Spinach

With a Green Salad, prep enough for 2 salads and store half in the fridge.

Tuesday:

Spicy Caesar Salad with Shrimp and Eggs

Wednesday:

BBQ Chicken Breasts, make 2 extra breasts for Friday’s dinner…

With… Mexican Red-Beans with Rice: this serves 8 so it will be for two meals….

and… an Italian Tomato Salad

Thursday:

My Ultimate Burger

Served with the prepped Green salad

Friday:

Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla (double the recipe) and use the extra chicken breasts from wednesday;

Served with the leftover Mexican Red-Beans with Rice
